Report: Dairy production on the rise
Ireland's dairy production is on the rise with the intake by creameries and pasteurises rising by almost 6% year-on-year.
690.3 million litres was taken in last month.
However, the total milk sold for consumption has fallen to 38m litres since July 2013 - a drop of just under 4%.
