Gardaí are appealing for information after an 18-year-old man was attacked and left with serious injuries in Co Louth.

Gardaí are appealing for information after an 18-year-old man was attacked and left with serious injuries in Co Louth.

The assault happened in the Dominic’s Park area of Drogheda at around 12.30am this morning.

The man was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital where his injuries are described as serious.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Gardaí.
